Do I need to register to make purchases on CNC Racing?
Are you a PRIVATE customer?
No, it is not necessary to register. You can purchase as a guest but this will not allow you to check the delivery status of goods, manage addresses and enjoy promotions, product updates and exclusive benefits that are reserved for registered users only. Registration is nevertheless recommended, especially if you make frequent purchases and/or you have several addresses at which you want to receive your parcels.
Are you a PROFESSIONAL?
Yes, by registering and creating a user area you can consult prices, offers and products dedicated to you, monitor your purchases, your wish list and the delivery status of your orders. You will also have the advantage of being able to immediately enter multiple delivery addresses in the master data, letting you choose case by case where and to whom your orders are to be sent. Registration is therefore very useful, especially if you make repeated purchases and/or you have several company offices or branches at which you want to receive your parcels.
Registering is easy: simply enter your details (personal or company), an e-mail address (LOGIN) and choose a PASSWORD.
Given the sensitivity of the data in transit, we suggest that you study a non-trivial and possibly alphanumeric PASSWORD, which therefore alternates numbers and letters, both upper and lower case. Never use the same PASSWORD for multiple e-commerce websites and keep each one with care.

What do I do if I have problems registering or forget my password?
If you have problems registering you can contact our Customer Service by calling +39 0575 342010 or filling in the information request form indicating "REGISTRATION” in the subject line.
If you forget your PASSWORD you can request a new one by accessing the "LOST YOUR PASSWORD?" function and following the specific procedure.
