This carbon fibre fuel cap flange brings a racing finish to your bike's tank, with an inner cap designed to stand up to the fuel nozzle.

You pull up at the pump, take off your gloves and open the cap. It is one of the few parts of the bike you touch every time you refuel, and it sits right in front of you, in the middle of the tank. With the standard flange, it is just a functional part. With the carbon fibre flange, it becomes a detail people notice as soon as they walk up to the bike: the deep, even weave of real carbon fibre, framed by a machined metal cap.

This is not a carbon-look film or a decorative coating. The flange is made from 100% carbon fibre with a plain weave, cured in an autoclave. The fibres are compacted under controlled pressure and temperature, the same process used for racing components, giving a solid, stiff part with a uniform surface throughout.

The cap that won't scratch

The weak spot of many aftermarket fuel caps is where the fuel nozzle touches them: refuel after refuel, the surface fills with marks. That is why the inner cap is made of Ergal with hard anodizing. This treatment creates a very hard surface layer that resists scratches even after repeated contact with the nozzle, so the cap keeps looking like new.

The closures are sold separately, giving you complete freedom to customise both function and colour. Choose the one that best suits how you ride.
