WARRANTY

Are the items on sale covered by a warranty?

Of course, all the items for sale on CNC Racing are covered by the current consumer Warranty for manufacturing or conformity defects of the new product (pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2002) for 24 months from the date of invoicing.

The warranty can be requested within a maximum of 14 days from the moment in which the damage or malfunction of the goods is actually found, by formally sending an email to [email protected] and specifying the invoice date and number, item code and details of the problem encountered.

The Assistance Service will contact you within 24 hours, trying first of all to verify whether the problem can be solved without having to return/replace the goods. Otherwise, it will guide you in the procedure to obtain a refund or, if you prefer, to return and replace the defective item.

Remember that, in order to be entitled to the consumer Warranty, you must be in possession of the original order summary document (invoice, receipt, order note, delivery note).

Will I receive the product as I see it in the photo?

The images on the website are a true representation of our products. Colour variations from the monitor to reality can be attributed to subjective perceptions, screen settings or lighting of the environment in which the photo was taken.

What do I do if I receive a package that has been tampered with or a product other than that ordered?

Upon delivery by the courier, before signing the receipt, please check both the integrity of the packaging and the goods delivered.

All items ordered are only packed with CNC Racing packaging. The packaging must be intact, not damaged or wet, and must not show signs of having been tampered with as regards both the outer packaging as well as the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

There must also be precise correspondence between the number and type of the packages ordered and those actually received, as described in the invoice/delivery note.

If, on receipt, you find the packaging damaged or delivery of the goods to be incorrect (different or missing product) report the problem to the courier and contact us immediately by calling our Customer Service on +39 0575 342010 or sending an email to: [email protected]

We will reply within 24 hours, sending you the items not received as soon as possible or offering you the necessary support in the return and replacement procedure.

The item I purchased is damaged, what should I do?

If you find damage or a malfunction in the products purchased on CNC Racing, please immediately contact our Customer Service on +39 0575 342010 or send an email to: [email protected]. We will call you back within 24 hours.

If you have a product still under warranty with a fault confirmed to be irreparable, our staff will guide you in the procedure to obtain a refund or, if you prefer, to return and replace the defective item.

Remember that to claim the warranty, you must report the damage or malfunction within 14 days and nevertheless within 24 months of the date of delivery submitting the original invoice or in any case the order summary document (receipt, delivery note, etc.) received with the goods. In this case, the products you purchased on our website can be returned and replaced at the expense of CNC Racing.

Beyond these deadlines, or in the absence of the invoice, you can still benefit from our assistance service and ask for a product change, but in this case the shipping costs for the return and the replacement costs will be at your expense.
