SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order be processed?

Within 3-5 days of order confirmation and payment, if the products are immediately available, they will packed and packaged by our expediting personnel who simultaneously contact the carrier responsible for collection and transport. If, on the other hand, the products are not immediately available, we may need an additional working days to process your order.

Normally, the processing of orders paid by credit card takes place within 5 working days from the date of entry, while for payment by bank transfer it is necessary to add the time required by the banks to credit the amount, i.e. 3-5 additional working days.

What are the shipping methods?

CNC Racing uses different carriers depending on the country of destination. Our couriers are the following:

  • UPS for deliveries in ITALY , European Union (EU) and OUTSIDE the EU and transatlantic shipments

At the time the goods are taken charge of by the courier and shipped, we will send you the name of the carrier and the corresponding Tracking Number. With this data you will be able to monitor all the transport phases up to delivery, and possibly contact the courier to agree the most convenient delivery time.

CNC Racing is not responsible in the event of delays in the delivery of the goods once they have been transferred to the carrier.

How much are the transport costs?

For shipments in ITALY there is a fixed costs of 10,00 € + VAT

For international shipments (EU / NON EU / Transatlantic Shipments) the transport costs depend on the country of destination chosen and on the volume/weight of the products ordered.

In all cases, the amount of the shipping costs is always indicated in the order summary, before payment.

Should you decide to purchase multiple products, remember that shipping and delivery costs are not cumulative. For multiple purchases you will pay only a single shipping cost.

n rare cases, for particularly important shipments or for specific geographical areas, we calculate and communicate the total cost separately before payment.

What are the goods delivery times?

For orders with destination on the ITALIAN peninsular, the average delivery times are 24-48 hours, but may be up to 3-5 days in the case of delivery to the Islands.

For orders with destination to EU COUNTRIES, delivery usually takes 1-3 days.

For orders to countries OUTSIDE the EU (Transatlantic Shipments) delivery times vary from 1 to 5 days.

We remind you that the related costs are calculated according to the country of destination. CNC Racing is not responsible in the event of delays in the delivery of the goods once they have been transferred to the carrier.

Can I receive products at a different address to the invoicing address?

Yes, of course, but it is necessary to indicate it clearly.

If you are NOT a REGISTERED user, when confirming the order, when you enter the invoicing information, specify that the destination address is different from that of the person placing the order, precisely indicate the complete details of the final destination and any name and surname and company name of the recipient, if a different person, filling in the appropriate fields.

If, on the other hand, you ARE a REGISTERED user, you will also have the advantage of being able to immediately enter multiple delivery addresses in the master data, letting you choose case by case where and to whom your orders are to be sent.

By accessing your personal area you can fully manage the addresses and can, at any time, modify, integrate or delete the data entered, simultaneously monitor the status of the different orders, the related shipments and access the historical list of purchases made.

Can I track my shipment?

Of course, when the goods are taken charge of by the courier and shipped, we will send you the name of the carrier and the Tracking Number with which you can keep all the transport phases under control until your order is delivered

If you are a registered user, you can do this from your personal user area; if are not registered, simply contact the carrier and communicate the shipment data to know the outcome.

In both cases, with this data you can get in touch with the courier to recover the delivery in case you or the recipient were not present when the goods arrived.
