Are purchases on CNC Racing always invoiced?

It depends.

Italian professional customers who register and purchase with a VAT number are always invoiced. Private customers or professionals who purchase for themselves without indicating a tax data will receive the goods accompanied only by the delivery note.

Customers from the European Union (EU) will not be invoiced but will be booked in the CNC Racing accounts. The request for invoicing must be made specifically by the customer indicating tax code or VAT number.

For orders placed by both private and professional international customers belonging to countries outside the EU, the goods will always sent accompanied by an invoice for customs requirements.

In order to receive an invoice, it is always necessary to enter all the details in the master data.

If you would also like to receive a copy of the invoice by email, please fill in the information request form indicating the email address and "INVOICE COPY VIA EMAIL” in the subject line.

Do the product prices INCLUDE VAT?

The prices of products sold on the CNC Racing website are indicated both including and excluding VAT (Value Added Tax).

Purchases made by customers resident in Italy/EU and destined for EU countries are subject to the current tax regime, and therefore the related product prices are subject to VAT.

For orders from customers OUTSIDE THE EU, or for purchases with delivery to countries outside the European Union, the system recognises the destination and automatically deducts the VAT, and therefore the sales prices displayed and invoiced are excluding VAT.

How much are customs duties?

Customs duties are applied only for international shipments, delivery to countries OUTSIDE THE EU.

The amount of customs duties varies from country to country and depends on many factors, including the type of goods shipped, the value declared in the proforma invoice for customs purposes and vary according to the regulations in force in the countries of transit of the goods.

What methods of payment are accepted?

For your purchases on the CNC Racing website, you can use the following methods of payment:

  • Direct Bank Transfer to the current account in the name of SEFO SRL - IBAN: IT63E0306914126100000000572 – SWIFT/BIC: BCITITMM - Bank: Banca INTESA SANPAOLO SPA – 68469, VIALE SANTA MARGHERITA 43/A, 52100, AREZZO (AR)
    The number and date of confirmation of the order in question must always be indicated in the reason for payment. In this case, SEFO srl will ship the products only when the related amount has been be credited to the current account indicated above, so the shipment may be delayed by a few days due to bank lead times

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express circuits)

  • Pay Pal

  • Cash on delivery. ONLY for ITALIAN CUSTOMERS In this latter case, a service surcharge of € 6.00 VAT excluded will be applied.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Of course: direct payment to the courier is possible, but only in cash (NO CHEQUES) and for orders with destination ITALY of an amount not exceeding €1000.00.

We remind you however that this additional service involves the application of a surcharge equal to € 6.00 VAT excluded.
