The fuel tank cap is one of the components you use most often and see every time you get on the bike. The CNC Racing carbon fibre fuel cap flange turns it into a premium detail: it has the lightness and appeal of real carbon, and its structure is designed to stand up to everyday use, refuel after refuel.

The flange is made from 100% carbon fibre with a plain weave, cured in an autoclave. This process comes from racing and compacts the fibres under controlled pressure and temperature. The result is a component that is light, stiff, free of porosity and uniform across its whole surface. You can choose a glossy finish, which brings out the depth of the weave, or a matte finish, with a more technical and understated character.

The inner cap is made of Ergal with hard anodizing. This treatment creates a very hard surface layer that resists scratches even after repeated contact with the fuel nozzle when refuelling, so the cap keeps its looks over time. The flange replaces the original part without modifications and fits directly onto the standard mounts on the tank.

Tailored customization

The closures are sold separately, so you can build your fuel cap around your needs and your style. Two versions are available:

  • Fast Open, the keyless closure, for quick and easy refuelling
  • Key Lock, the keyed closure, for maximum fuel tank security
